Vegetarian Chicken Steaks
Vegetarian Chicken Steaks are great on the grill or cut up into strips over a fresh garden salad. Easily incorporated into any recipe calling for chicken breasts, our steaks are delicious, yet lower in fat than real chicken.
STOVE TOP: Remove content from plastic bag and defrost. Place in a frying pan with small amount of olive or vegetable oil. Cook over LOW heat for 5 minutes. Turn over and continue to heat for another 3 minutes. Serve hot.
DEEP FRY: Remove content from plastic bag and defrost. Heat fryer to 375 F. Deep fry for 5 minutes or until golden. Remove from fryer and cut into desired size.
MICROWAVE: Place the product in its microwavable pouch on a microwave safe plate. Use a fork to pierce the pouch several times. Microwave on HIGH for 2-1/2 minutes. Remove from pouch, and serve hot.
