Vegetarian Chicken Tenders
Slightly spicy and sprinkle with black pepper, these Vegetarian Chicken Tenders are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. You’ll be checking the ingredients to make sure they are really vegetarian.
STOVE TOP: Remove content from plastic bag and defrost. Place in a frying pan with small amount of olive or vegetable oil. Cook over LOW heat for 5 minutes. Turn over and continue to heat for another 3 minutes. Serve hot.
OVEN: Remove content from plastic bag. Heat oven to 325 F. Place tenders on a cookie sheet, cover with foil and bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden. Serve with Sweet & Sour Sauce as a dipping.
DEEP FRY: Remove content from plastic bag and defrost. Heat fryer to 375 F. Deep fry for 5 minutes or until golden. Remove from fryer and serve with Sweet & Sour Sauce as a dipping.
MICROWAVE: Place the product in its microwavable pouch on a microwave safe plate. Use a fork to pierce the pouch several times. Microwave on HIGH for 2-1/2 minutes. Remove from pouch, and serve hot.
