Vegetarian Fish Fillets
With a mild, subtle taste. Vegetarian Fish Fillets can be pan fried, grilled, baked or sautéed. These Fish Fillets have an especially light and flaky texture. Delightfully tasty, you’ll want to try these in all your favorite fish recipes.
STOVE TOP: Remove content from plastic bag and defrost. Place in a frying pan with small amount of olive or vegetable oil. Cook over LOW heat for 5 minutes. Turn over and continue to heat for another 3 minutes. Add Sweet Chili Sauce. Serve hot.
STEAM: Remove content from plastic bag and defrost. Arrange Fish Fillet on a plate and place in a steamer for 5 minutes. Pour the Sweet Chili Sauce over the Fish Fillet and steam for another 5 minutes or until the products are heated.
DEEP FRY: Remove content from plastic bag and defrost. Heat fryer to 375 F. Deep fry for 5 minutes or until golden. Remove from fryer and top with Sweet Chili Sauce.
MICROWAVE: Place the product in its microwavable pouch on a microwave safe plate. Use a fork to pierce the pouch several times. Microwave on HIGH for 2-1/2 minutes. Remove from pouch, and serve hot.
